Responsibilities:- Supports the Nurse Manager in providing clinical and administrative leadership. 3, 4 or 5 day full time work weeks – flexible scheduling.
• Along with the Nurse Manager is responsible for provision and management of a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients.
• Acts as a clinical role model providing leadership, teaching and supervision to unit nursing staff.
• Active NYS RN license and 2 years of nursing experience required.
• BSN preferred.
Experienced based salary scale starting at $45.00 per hour. Night differential also offered.
