Here at Gateway, we are looking for an energetic and ambitious individual for our fast pace Lakewood based construction firm, to assist our COO with operations.

Gateway is a growing full service, nationwide, commercial general contracting and construction management firm. Over the course of the past nine years we have earned a reputation as a premier partner for projects in retail, commercial, hospitality, and multi-family.

Job Description

What will I be doing?

  • Project Coordination
  • Soliciting bids from trades
  •  RFI, RFP, Communicating with Architects and city officials
  • Scheduling trades and inspections
  •  Right hand to the COO to assist with operations

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Advanced computer skills
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
  •  Must be a quick learner- we will train as needed 
  • Experience in the Construction industry is a plus but not a must

Additional Information

What do we offer?

  • Full Time Position
  • Salary: $22/ per hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
